I think that bring more subjects like change management, our Lean Six sigma, to the core of the strategy it will be a plus. I agree with Kiron that at chapter level should exist experienced project managers available and with the will to coach or mentor the new PMs, it's a way to leverage the potential of the new comers and increase the quality of the proffesionals creditated by PMI.
