Hi, does anyone suggest after i took CAPM exam via proctor mode, end of exam shows "Congratulations for Certified CAPM", and now email send me with failed report, i cannot believe this as im very confident i will successful of my CAPM exam. can anyone advice how to approach PMI to get more detailed report for verification of each question. Ravi - This is something you need to take-up with PMI.
They have center in Singapore, too. On pmi.org, click on Contact, then click on Asia Pacific Service Centre for e-mail or phone contact information.
Be as specific as possible about what exactly happened at the end of the exam … which you now say is at odds with the written e-mail. Good luck!

Thank you, and contacted them, but PMI uploaded my old exam results, i was surprised with it, understand PMI-IT is so advanced to upload the latest information. not sure why deleted my previous results and when im communicating with them for my latest exam results, out of sudden they upload previous results, puzzle to me why they confused with it.
when webchat , some of PMI person highlighted only latest results will be able to see in profile.

Still nothing, every email different parties responding, but still there is a reference number in the subject. praying god to help me on this matter. im asking them to give me Singapore contact , not sure why not giving it.
Contact PMI and they will sort it out for you. They are pretty efficient in dealing with such incidents.

What do you mean by old exam results ? Did you do this exam before ?
It usually take 5 - 7 days before they respond - they need time to investigate.

What do you mean by old exam results ? Did you do this exam before ?
