Construction Cost Management Requirements Management

I have been reading about the ChromX 9000.
I am trying to compare the ChromeX rebar and how it compares to stainless steel.

Has anyone in the construction industry used this product and what are your thoughts?

It is definitely cheaper than Stainless steel.
