Hi Heather - I would say being able to transform and renew your company. For example, our local newspaper company called me and asked if I would come speak to their C-Suite about project management principles. They are trying to overhaul and change with the times. News print is a smaller component of their industry now, electronic news is where most people want their information. There are so many changes in their industry and they are trying to quickly change to survive. It takes organizational agility to do that. Those changes are scary to some of their staff who have done newsprint for 40 or more years. They are trying to lead change not only with their teams, but in their industry.
