Hi ! I need to develop a model for the human risk factor in software risk. For that I need to have the project organizational structure( who participates in the software development life cyle). I also need the roles and responsibilites of each position in the hierarchy. So that I can find out the possible risks from human. Kindly provide me any information regarding the above. Thanks!
