I completed my CAPM certification a month or so ago (Actually picked up on the PMP course but due to lack of experience, had to settle for the CAPM exam).
My current work largely involves Project Review and hence it has been a very on the job kind of learning approach. That paired with the PMP course (Studied for PMP but am certified as a CAPM) has filled in various gaps in my knowledge.
I have also registered with my local PMI Chapter.
Considering how I have only 1 full year of work experience with Projects, how should I actually proceed so as to better build my foundations and expand upon my knowledge.
Additionally, as Project Managers, what are some of the key skills that I should be looking to acquire?
