Ok, so back in the day (2005 I believe) I started taking my one of my mpp trainings - starting with the Orange Belt. During this class, we were given several macros on a CD, and also shown how to create a formula in the Customized Fields area, specifically for showing the RAG of each task. Needless to say, I was here at work till bout 1 this morning trying to figure out the formula, and ofcourse I've been blessed with the task of fixing our org's best practices and standardizing our project plans. Not a problem, but since they now know I'm a black-belt..... you get the idea. Anyway's, I know there is a way to do this, don't know if it is by way of Macro or just creating a customized field/formula... Any help here would be greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

Here's one that I keep handy for my reference. It can be used to do task level stoplights in MS Project and is also useful if setting up stoplights in Project Server

Stoplights in MS Project

A quick google search on project stoplights will get you a lot more input.. Have fun!
