I have a client that wants me to find a software program that would allow two to four people to collaborate and have interactive documents in lieu of just allowing the user to upload and download. Security is high priority. We already have a have a CRM that the parent company uses as a whole, and PM software, but this is a new R & D project that is still very highly confidential, and the users will be on MS and Mac. Most all are at ease using new software. Programs such as Slack have end-to-end encryption but not really interactive on docs. These people are not even always in this country but have trusted people who are. Don't really want to put out a large amount of $$ as this is a small proprietary group and this would just be the best way to communicate among themselves at this time. Any suggestions? They could use a simple DBMS build on Filemaker Pro, work great on Mac and Windows, can be secure. doesn't require serious programming, can store any type of files, namely pdf, video, mp3 or any other. I think there is a sample file that will do, just security should be added. Saving Changes...
