Updating Risk Magement Plan using Project Schedule/Cash Flow.

Hello. I am working with a project schedule and project cash flow, with those I am supposed to update my Risk Management Plan, but not too sure how to go about doing so.

This project is still in the planning phase of my construction project, so the schedule and cash flow are from my design consultant.

Any help/tips would be appreciated!
