Can you assign more than 5 Cost Rates for resources in MS Project?

In MS Project there is a Cost Rate Table will allow you to have up to 5 different cost rates for a resource, however in my organization our resources are billed at up to 20 different rates and I don't know how to capture all the different cost rates in MS Project. Is this even possible?

If not does anyone have ideas on a work around?
