Sorry it is not pie - it is pi. Apologies for stumping you. I think I was also thinking about the pumpkin pie given that Diwali is around the corner for us as well.

you've stumped me now - what are pie shaped skills? Given that it's approaching Canadian Thanksgiving, the only pie on my mind is Pumpkin Pie :-)

I would certainly support the need for moving from I to T-skilled contributors.
