I work for an MSP that was using Wrike but has gone back to Excel for projects (they hated it). Any suggestions for what software options I could give them? I'm about to pull my hair out with these spreadsheets! Thank you in advance.

It is the solution used by my company. And I designed it.
Do you think it is a problem regarding ProjectManagement.com guidelines ?
No not at all, I was just interested to see how it works and understand the theory behind the thinking of the software :)

It is a solution really designed for the project manager and not only a tool for managing tasks and schedule.
So Gouti helps you to initiate the project (definition of objectives, deliverables, organization, project charter). And then after this initialization step, you work on a WBS. You can of course see a GANTT but that's not the main page. The WBS page is also used for controling the tasks, actions, issues.
With project data, Gouti pre-fills follow-up reports, provides macro-planning (for a steering comittee meeting for instance), and provides management views for giving a status to the management.
Actually we built the tool I wanted to have for assisting me in my usual project manager work.
Of course, you can collaborate with your team (as all other project management tools) but in a very controlled process. For an example a team member can inform the project manager he made 100% of a task. But it is only the project manager who can put the status as completed. So the PM never discovers a task is closed.
Regarding the feebacks of Gouti users, it is really a different approach for a PM tool.
