Hello Everyone,

Does anyone know of a mentoring platform(one to one) where you can get subject matter expert advise and guidance ??

For instance I am leading an Intranet project and this is my first time.

Would really appreciate some guidance.

This was a business idea I'd toyed with for a while to setup a virtual 1:1 PM-focused mentoring service. I've also suggested it to the moderators of this community as a possible value-add offering.

You might start by providing some specifics of the project you are leading and request that any member who has significant experience with those contact you directly via a private message.

Kiron, this is a great idea that would benefit the new PMs a lot. Mentoring, consulting and coaching as value-add services could be explored.

The Intranet project goes like this

No requirements from buisness
Org size is 170 employees
SharePoint 2016 has to be used

This platorm is the best one. I lead "tons" of this project from 1995 up to date. The key point is: which is the solution you are creating?. It does not matter if it is intranet or other platform.

I need a mentor!! Do you all have any experience with HR transformations that are ambiguous and chaotic?

I've found myself in the midst of an HR Transformation for a small company. The entire company is changing and all projects are chaotic and ambiguous. There are not enough resources and PM's in the different departments are being asked to program manage, project manage AND perform the operations works. It's a nightmare and I don't know what I'm doing. My knowledge and experience has NOT prepared me for this.
