Ron,

Top of mind for me:
1. Resource capacity/demand planning
2. Controlling the schedule
3. Budget and cost management

Victoria Abel Vice President, Clinical Process Excellence| Upward Health Utah, United States
Hello,

I would agree with Ron, resource capacity is a very common PM problem. I have also seen many projects derail due to little to none conflict resolution efforts within project teams.

Biggest problems I encountered were with project sponsors who are paying lip service to 'project management' but in reality disregard scope and refuse following any type of change control.

Dear Ronald
Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing

I am convinced that one of them is the speed in analyzing and responding to change requests.
The other is related to the allocation of financial means to implement these changes.
I also agree with Mikel and Victoria when referring to "Resource capacity"

Resource leveling (never do that automatically), the need to update the plan regularly and meticulously, dealing with politics at work.
