What do you tell me about Microsoft starting using Sharepoint and of course AI for project management?

Thank you, for clarifying Luis. This is much more clear and concise. I'd recommend editing the original post with this.

Anyway, I have used MS SharePoint, Power BI, and MS Project together in the past. It was on-premise, not cloud, but nonetheless, I found it very beneficial to share as much information as possible while centralizing and making available that content/information.

Currently, my team use MS Teams, with integrations to OneDrive and SharePoint (SharePoint is the core foundation under these MS Technologies anyway).

The impact is availability and continuity of information, with increased inclusivity.

I had experience in the past to work with SharePoint and MS Project, but not using AI, which is something I am developing right now.

In my past experience, the only reason why we are using this method of SP/MSP is because of the stakeholders and the sponsor. While project managers are very confortable of using MS Project, not a lot of folks that are not project managers will say that it is easy to use at first. Some of my previous stakeholders were part of a management team and they did not wish to leave from their confort zone, which is using SharePoint for data entry and data sharing. Therefore, I had to buid integration between to push and pull data into MS Project.

Going forward, I believe my solution in AI will simply eliminate such redundancy. AI with speech to text will be used as the tool to communicate between systems.
