Any business requirement documentation means it is going to be audited and later it will become a documented policy or knowledge base. Can name it as "Organizational process assets" or "Audit Doc V1" because these are the standard plans or SOPs/processes/procedures, Audit Docs, policies & knowledge base which is available in all Organisations.
