Software Project Estimating - Terms and Conditions

I am in the middle of doing some graduate reseach on Software Project Estimating. I'm sure that most of the users on this site will agree that this can be a painful and costly process for our firms. Does anyone know where I can collect some sample "Terms and Conditions" aggreements from a typical client who needs to outsource a project to a consulting/contracting firm?

There is an excellent book on computer contracting entitled:
"Contracting for Computers by George Takach".

You will find it very helpful as it covers various types of I.S. related contracts.
