We are in the process of designing a "next generation shared e-service center for gov-orgs (national, regional and local levels).
So - anyone out there having real life, hands-on experience with
a) hybrid chatbot (switching conversations from bot to human and back again)
b) Introducing AI-driven end 2 end services to governments, agencies and when yes, what is it different to selling to consumer goods industry?
