As somebody that have been working from long time ago up to date with Agile the first thing I recommended is to understand that agile something that not exists. In the case of HR, the key is to analyze the HR process and related components to get it more agility.

Hello Sergio,

You might want to look at the SHRM (Society for Human Resources) website and see what content is there regarding agile and HR.
As for content regarding how to be a trainer, training certifications, etc. might I direct you to ATD-Association for Talent Development.
I hope this helps.
Hello Ed,
Thank you. I checked SHRM, and before I could see anything, it asked me to be a member. Let me see how soon I can be member.
Thank you for sharing.

That's what I was thinking when it came to SHRM. Let me check my network of HR pros and see who is talking about HR agile. I'll let you know.

I agree with Sergio (I think?). I assume that with Agile you are referring to implementing the Agile principles and values? Think about it for a moment. Do you not think that HR, in particular, should do this by nature? Collaboration over contract, interaction over process, support trust and motivation, simplicity. Does this not describe what a HR department should be doing?
Personally I would be interested to know what you are hoping to achieve by implementing 'Agile' HR. This is like taking a traditional leader and making them an 'Agile' leader. There is no such thing. Saving Changes...
