Today I re-submitted the Application for the 2nd panel review. I clicked the "Save and Complete" button for every Summary Topic.
Unluckily when I clicked re-submit button, I got network error. After I refreshed the page, the application had turned to under going review status, it meaned that the submission was successful actually.

But but but, when I downloaded the application, I found the PDF application is still the old info...

I have sent mails to PMI support, and I am praying that the PDF application just always keeps the 1st submission info and NOT updated even if user re-news the web info...

Who can give me a correct explanation (cry, cry, cry)

The only people who can give you a proper explanation are PMI and it usually take them 3 - 4 days to respond to emails. However, for faster response, I suggest you call them directly via phone and they will be able to help you out on the spot.

Good Luck.

Glitches like these often happen in the website and a long as PMI confirmed they received the updated experience summaries, that’s all what matters.
