Check PM Star and e-mail or message the customer support. They are very helpful and they have SP Courses.
The SP courses online are scarce as not too many candidates take this course and exam so training providers would rather spend more time on other course (As I was told). You will find as well that it will be difficult to find simulation exams for this certification online.
