I recently read a fascinating article on ZDNet Asia on change management. It got me thinking about the concept of change management, my work in this area and the cultural change of project management.

Good post, covers important aspects of change management precisely. I would say the time and money spend nowadays on change management is huge, especially in government sectors where each decision is validated several times. In addition, I feel there is a significant need to use good tools to automate the change management process, I feel more than 90% of projects are still managing change management manually, thats the reason considered a kind of headache in project management stream.
