PMP Application Experience Review

Hi. I am trying to finalize my application and need some expert review regarding PMP Experience descriptions. I know that PMI does not look for specific wording related with industry we work in, but PMBOK definitions.

Could you please check my wording, it feels like general terminology may not reflect experience accurately:

1. Project Manager: March'19-Oct'19

IN:100, PL:190, EX:230, MC:210, CL:40

Objective: To develop and implement a computer based fleet dispatch system (FDS) for departments' usage to ensure efficient machinery utilization time.

Outcome: Successful implementation of FDS.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:
IN: Developed project charter, obtained sponsor and registered stakeholders.
PL: Established project documents, created WBS, sequenced activities with PDM, assigned team members to tasks.
EX: Coordinated team member's execution of task.
MC: Controlled scope and schedule.
CL: Wrote project final report


2. Project Leader: Apr'17-Oct'19

N:305, PL:540, EX:730, MC:635, CL:140

Objective: To create a tender specification document for production equipment and follow-up manufacturing

Outcome: Specification document released, equipment manufactured and installed at job site.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:
IN: Documented project charter and registered stakeholders.
PL: Facilitated requirements workshops, developed schedule, quality management and communication plan.
EX: Managed communication, stakeholder engagement, change requests.
MC: Monitored and controlled work, schedule and quality.
CL: Project documents updated.

3. Project Leader: Nov'14-Nov'15

N:210, PL:420, EX:560, MC:455, CL:105

Objective: To research the applicability of rapid excavator equipment at job site

Outcome: Proved feasible application is possible and implemented equipment at job site.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:
IN: Defined scope, identified stakeholders and obtained sponsor.
PL: Developed schedule, collected requirements and created WBS.
EX: Tasks executed based on project management plan, Implemented approved changes.
MC: Validated scope and controlled resources.
CL: Formalized documents and updated OPAs.
