Metrics are the backbone of performance analysis for virtually any organization. That is why we take great care to make Enterprise Consulting Suites reporting functions both insightful and intuitive. Our goal with ECS is to provide Professional Services Organizations with meaningful data on which to build efficient, profitable operations.
ECS includes over 160 standard reports that enable managers to analyze real-time operational data. These extensive reporting capabilities allow decision-makers to quickly identify specific issues impacting operations. These issues can then be addressed head-on to bring about the desired change.
Some examples of ECS standard reports include: revenue forecasting; revenue vs. cost forecasts; employee utilization rates; a project monitor that compares hours and dollars spent vs. hours and dollars budgeted; and billable hours by project or employee. There are additional drill-down options within each of these reports that provide even more detail.
