As the year comes to an end, and given we are one big community family, it would be interesting to hear about each other’s achievements during the year:

- What did you achieve on a professional level ?
- What did you achieve on a personal level ?
- Did you follow a certain plan you set ?

Dear Rami
Thank you for your comment and for the answer to my question.

I am convinced PMI will create a new certification: Training Project Management trainers

I could have designed and created a pilot project and chosen some people to help test, validate and develop this certification.

My curiosity is a result of my belief :-)
Luis

This certification might be coming soon, maybe as part of Disciplined Agile. Thanks for your input.

Dear Ramie and other participants in this topic

I am convinced that my year was what I consider a normal year, that is, learning to be able to support others in its development.

1. Personal and Professional Development
- Renewing my PMP certification by 2025
- Participation in the 4 virtual conferences promoted by ProjectManagement.com
- Participation in several workshops (5x3 hours) on digital transformation in teaching / learning.
- Reading several books (topics related to the management profession)

2. Professional and volunteer
- Integration of the team that conceived and created the "Zwela PM", (Portuguese conversations about projects) 90min webinar (60 min the speaker discusses a theme and 30 minutes for questions and answers).
This product / project takes place once a month.

- Integration of the team that conceived and created the "Project Management Days" (3 hours Workshop held in companies)
This product / project runs once a year for 10 business days covering a total of 20 companies.

- Participation as a speaker at 1HOUR PM
Theme: VUCA World An Opportunity

- Integration of the team that prepared the file for a company to be R.E.P. PMI

- Integration of the team that organized the annual PMI Angola Chapter Conference

- Integration of the team that prepared and developed the courses on project management fundamentals and preparation for the PMP certification exam to be taught by PMI Angola Chapter
These courses take place twice a year and are conducted in bLearning (online and in-person sessions)

- Participation and involvement in various projects (as project manager and team member) in the fields of consulting and / or training.

3. Personal Results
In addition to having traveled on vacation the feeling that I am aligned with my mission:
"Supporting people and organizations / companies in their development through training, consulting, coaching, mentorig and other processes, techniques or tools that facilitate empowerment "

2019 feels very much like a year of transition for me. I was yanked out of retirement in 2018 to manage my biggest project yet. While the project will likely go on until early 2021, it still feels like the project downshifted this year. I see 2020 as an opportunity to put more focus on my next career as author/speaker/coach.
