As the year comes to an end, and given we are one big community family, it would be interesting to hear about each other’s achievements during the year:

- What did you achieve on a professional level ?
- What did you achieve on a personal level ?
- Did you follow a certain plan you set ?

Hi Rami,
thank you for this topic. It is really interesting for me to go through it and see how you guys doing. Glad to see so many PM´s around the world doing great this year. I am just a little bit suprised about alocation so much time and energy to profesion, and only "the rest" for personal intends.
We will continue to face the big changes in our industry also next year, and I suppose it must be really ok for us in our heads, and be ready for it, so we could keep pushing forward and deliver the best from our work.
Just wish you all some good rest, chillin´ with families and keep on getting better with proper study (books, trainings, etc.)

To answers:
1. Profesion
- great year with finishing and delivering two big projects and one small
- I was able to implement some new tools of mine from methodology into the projects
- teams were great and we keep to have a good relationships
- some good new trainings and certifications done

2. Personal
- finishing my master degree in early 2019
- 2 hours of daily training gives me another one language skill
- new flat according to my life style in mountains along with the new bmw motorcycle (oh man this is really good way how to clean your head)

3. Plans
- heading to MBA in January
- preparing for the meetings and presentations on events in Czech republic
- keep on getting better with my developer skill set

Hi Rami,
I want to be like you when I grow up... :)

Professionally, I attained my first professional certification ever (PMP)and look forward to more. I embraced project management this year and have no regrets, I actually wished I started earlier.

Personally, I have been so blessed, my 18-month old is talking for which I am grateful.

Thirdly, I decided Jan 2019 to get PMP certified via self-study and by May 2019, I did achieve it. ACP and PBA for next year's first half. In God I trust!

Hi Rami -
This year has been active :)

I began a new role as an Agile Coach with a new consulting firm, but still under the PPM umbrella, which I really appreciate. I am gaining experience within a new space, digital marketing, and in a new industry, Life Sciences. It has been amazing and I expect it to continue.

Personally, no achievements with professional development, e.g. no new certifications, but there are plans next year. I have also become more active physically, getting back into running on a semi-regular basis. A bit more difficult in winter, but have made strides in the right direction.

Extracurricular wise, was invited as a guest for this years PMI Global Conference. That was also amazing. Got to meet several community members in person and hang out. Really appreciative of that opportunity.
Happy to report achieved my PSM II today. Woohoo :) Been on my list since last year. Finally put the time into it and got it done.

In year 2019, for professional area, i participated in the PMI-ACP exam in this Dec and waiting for the result now. I'm leading 3 projects: one automation projects working with Mumbai data scientists which make me feel interest in the machine learning and know what's the process for ML. one is global project across Mumbai, Ukraine, Chicago, which is a big challenge for me how to drive communication across different location and run as Agile way; and that's why i participate the ACP exam to learn more professional knowledge and skill. The last one is quality program with 14 workstream leaders.

Personally, i lost my dear grandmother this Oct and had abortion this early year.

Hope to deep learn the project management knowledge and become a trainer to my organization and have the 2nd baby in year 2020.

Thank you for sharing your 2019 highlights.

First of all, my sincere condolences for the loss of your beloved grandmother (I lost mine in September so I know the feeling) and I am sorry you had to go through an abortion.

Second, welcome to this community, I am glad to see you participating and congratulations on all those great achievements and hopefully you will pass the ACP Exam (Did you do it paper based test, not computer ?)

Good Luck with your 2020 goals, I hope it will be a great year for all of us.
