I rarely read my copy that arrives in the mail. Nothing much excites me in it, it seems the same run of the mill stuff, nothing much mind boggling, or out of this world (i.e. the Mars project).

Biases are built-in devices that allow us to filter information that is coming at us.

The most important thing you can do is to be aware of your biases. That is, recognize how you think about people and situations.
