My company allocates a certain amount of money per year for training. We can choose whatever course, subject, certification, etc we see fit. I have my PMP certification and have taken a handful of courses PMI offers but want to know: What would be a good course/seminar/webinar, etc to take that would help advance my career beyond a project manager?

is there any difference between PMI-ACP and Agile shift certification
Yes, CSM is easier to get as you just have to attend a two day class and take a test (therefore you don't need prior experience). PMI-ACP you have to prove 1500 hours experience along with 21 contact hours of training.
The CSM training can count for part of the PMI-ACP training and help you get the rest of the experience (if you don't already have it)
Depending on what exactly you want to do, I'd also consider a grad degree like an MBA but that's a lot of time and money Saving Changes...

I suggest to review your achievements during your professional career and then ask below questions:
- Whether my team was always motivated to do their best or asked my advices for their delivery or career? if no, focus on your leadership skils specially communication.
- Which part of my project did not delivered well which could improved my KPIs, then start studying in that area. For exam Risk Management.

What interests you? What types of work are you passionate about? What are you curious about? What would you like to be doing within the next five years?
Once you can answer those questions and build a personal development plan based on that information, you might be able to answer your own question...

Before you start investing your time (and money), consider what you've been working on, what experience you've acquired and most importantly, where your goals and interests are. There are sooooo many paths and therefore courses you can take.
Treat this like a project.

I have done PMI-ACP, PMI-RMP, SAFe-SA , CSM after completing my PMP. This all will add value to your career. If you are planning for Agile then best route is CSM, PMI-ACP and then SAFe.

The first thing to clarify is to understand what "next level up is" (quote "I have been a project manager for over 7 years and would like to start building my skillset for the next level up").
Going up to Program or Portfolio Manager will require certain type of training. If going up means becoming Head of Operations, it will require te develop knowledge in another direction.
