My company allocates a certain amount of money per year for training. We can choose whatever course, subject, certification, etc we see fit. I have my PMP certification and have taken a handful of courses PMI offers but want to know: What would be a good course/seminar/webinar, etc to take that would help advance my career beyond a project manager?

Once you can answer those questions and build a personal development plan based on that information, you might be able to answer your own question...

Much depends on what you want for your career beyond project management, and where your interests lie.
Data Science is a growing field and could link well with project management, either delivering projects in the field or using data science skills in a portfolio or EPMO environment to help organizations make sense of data.
John Hopkins has a good Data Science Specialization in Coursera.
MIT offers an eight-week course on Iterative Innovation on the edX platform that focuses on real-world applications of their innovation process model. A great way to boost your innovation capability, whilst adding MIT to your CV!
People are at the heart of project management and it is important to understand how to get the most out of them. Coaching courses are a good way to build this skillset. Kris Plachy runs a course on Coursera called Coaching Skills for Managers that blends coaching with line management - useful if you see yourself line-managing a team in the future.
Finance for Non-Financial Managers - Loads of providers offer courses with this title. They give you a good insight into Management Finance, which will help you improve your relationships and conversations with finance teams.
Other areas include Kanban (focusing on evolutionary change and flow), Six Sigma (focusing on quality and consistency), Robotic Process Automation (tools for automating repetitive processes)
Of course, you could stick with project management courses. As well as the certifications from PMI, you could consider short university courses. Oxford Uni (another good one to get on your CV!) offers a short course called the Oxford Leading Strategic Projects Programme. I contributed some material to it last year, so if you choose this option, you will get to watch videos of me rambling on about delivering 'blitz projects' :)
