Dear Stephane
Thank you for participating in this reflection and for your comment.
I will write a little about the methodology.
IS:
- A methodology used to create a project template
- Used on an A1 screen
- Inspired by Business Model Canvas
- Based on neuroscience principles:
* Simplify (our brain. Our prefrontal cortex doesn't carry many things at once)
* Group (when we group things together they make more sense and make memorization easier)
* Involve (the more stakeholders involved the more they participate and the more easily they buy the project idea)
It has 4 steps:
- Conceive
- Integrate
- Develop
- Share
Hello Luis, i guess you mean Kanban, right? If so, Kanban is a visual project management framework used to implement Agile that encourages small, incremental updates to projects or systems. It is useful when you are working in a project that involves both strategy and execution.

Have seen several versions of a project canvas. Think it is good for a small team to find out the key parameters of the project and prepare a charter. All on 1 page, on the wall.
The Parana Chapter used it successfully during a hackathon when they mentored several local NGOs in how to start their projects.
Antonio Nieto Rodriguez wrote about it.

Dear Thomas
Thank you for participating in this reflection and for your comment.
Do you consider a project involving team of 15 to 20 people small?
I think so, that Antonio Nieto Rodriguez has a webinar about it.
This methodology may be a little different than Antonio Nieto Rodriguez

Dear Sante
Thank you for participating in this reflection and for your comment.
I've used it in the past in my foundational agile courses as an example of how to get shared understanding and alignment from key stakeholders on your project or product vision.

The methodology I refer to has 13 steps in the 4 steps of the above:
- Conceive
- Integrate
- Develop

I had not heard of it. I searched for it and read a little about the product. I don't have much of an opinion one way or another, but if anyone here has practical experience using the tool and the value it provided or problem it solved, would be great to hear about it.
Side note, from a conversation perspective, it would be valuable to provide further insight and context on the particular topic with your thoughts to help get the conversation going. It also helps frame the thread.
