I've used it in the past in my foundational agile courses as an example of how to get shared understanding and alignment from key stakeholders on your project or product vision.

Stakeholders found that capturing similar info to a charter in the Product Canvas was a simpler one-page way to see what the project was about. As an information radiator, it is superior to a traditional document because it can be posted in a high visibility area and people can learn about the project while passing by.

I had not heard of it. I searched for it and read a little about the product. I don't have much of an opinion one way or another, but if anyone here has practical experience using the tool and the value it provided or problem it solved, would be great to hear about it.
Side note, from a conversation perspective, it would be valuable to provide further insight and context on the particular topic with your thoughts to help get the conversation going. It also helps frame the thread.

I will share the 4 steps of the methodology and the 13 steps (blocks) to define the project. Saving Changes...
Luis BrancoCEO| Business Insight, Consultores de Gestão, LdªCarcavelos, Lisboa, Portugal
As mentioned, it is a methodology that has 4 steps:
Conceive- 13 block flow to define the project
Integrate - Group to make the necessary moorings
Resolve* - Project Balancing Actions are commissioned for team, clients and sponsors
Share- Communicate project information (in groups).
The success of that type of project is shared to be evolved by the other members of the organization.
*Earlier I mistakenly designated this third step as Develop. The right thing is Resolve Saving Changes...

- CONCEIVE
The 13 steps are:
1. Justification
2) Objectives (S.M.A.R.T.)
3. Benefits
4. Product
5. Requirements
6. Environmental Factors and External Stakeholders
7. Team and internal stakeholders
8. Restrictions
9. Assumptions
10. Delivery Groups (Products, Services and Results)
11. Risks
12. Timeline (aligned with each delivery group)
13. Costs (high level estimate. Between (cost) and (cost)
This step is done as a team.
A sheet of A1-size paper is pasted
This sheet A1 is divided into 13 spaces (above)
In the 13 spaces dedicated to each step are filled with a post it
Each post it is completed by stakeholders and analyzed and validated by all participants before being pasted into the corresponding space on sheet A1 Saving Changes...
