Last week I raised a question asking about 2019 Achievements and the feedback received was incredible. It personally helped me get to know my fellow colleagues better and I trust it was the case for others.
Now, what are your Personal and Professional Goals for 2020 ?
Knowing each others Goals will help us support each other as a community. Happy Thanksgiving ! Saving Changes...

Great Goals - I wish you all the best of luck in 2020.
I do not see why you won't be successful Kiron, you make a great speaker. Good Luck !

Thanks Rami -
assuming they stick to their published timeframe, I should find out within the next week about the PMI EMEA 2020 Congress. I've never been to Prague, so I'm really hoping my topic is picked :-)

Personal goals: Visit our son in UK, start moving cards on my renovation Kanban, get my cycling commute to less than 1 hour
Professional: Get stuck into Agile practice, maybe do that PMP (after a theoretical 9 years as a PM I still haven't tried even though I have other certifications)

Very interesting goals - I hope you will achieve them all. As for PMP, it is never too late, go for it and you will ace the exam.

Well my goals are definitely out the window.
No trip to the UK to visit our son, and we might not even get to visit our daughter in Queensland this year (we're in Victoria is which is currently in stage 4 lockdown due to a huge spike in cases - by Australian standards anyway).
Professionally I won't be trying for that PMP either, as the change in working and trying to balance work-life in an "always on" state with working from home, means I need to focus on the "life" side to create a sensible healthy balance before embarking on PMP.

I started an MBA in Information Technology. Something I've been meaning to do for years, and finally got around to it.
Hi all, I think Covid 19 crisis might have changed some of your plans of 2020, right?

I am on plan and so far achieved most of my goals for this year except attending conferences in person so I am attending those virtually but everything else on my Bucket list for 2020 is either checked or in Progress.
How about you ?
