As product companies move towards Agile, what are your biggest concerns from a professional development and career perspective?

I would add to Komal's comments that an agile mindset means we need to be less risk-averse.

If I think about a project manager as a chief communicator, the project manager needs to be able to keep the team, stakeholders, and sponsors on the same page with what is being delivered, articulate the project's status, and manage risks and issues. This is irrespective of the project methodology. Stakeholders and sponsors still want answers about "when will x be done" and the project manager needs to manage the messaging.

After additional reflexion, I want to add also that it is important to create room to grow for your team members. It's not just about training them; it's about giving them the opportunity to learn by doing.
