Intial High Level IT Project Proposal

Although I have run a number of very large projects the paper work and intial documentation is unfamiliar to me. I am looking for some help with a template for a intial proposal for a complete IT solution for a organisation involved in AIDS treatment.

Any assitance would be appreciated.

Hi Neil,

For capital planning, I'd recommend having a form which has the following components
~ High Level Overview
~ Impacts of Not Acting
~ High Level Risk Assessment
~ Strategic Alignment
~ High Level Cost Summary
~ High Level Benefits to be realized.

Once you have those components, the item should be in good shape.
