How can I measure the PDUs

Hi All,
A im currently working on my first PMP renewal application, can someone please explain how can I measure how many PDUs I should report against each activity? for an example, by taking a training course, this considered as Education however how many PDUs is it - for the courses with no PDU ID provided.

For training, assuming you have taken a course through a PMI REP, they would provide you with the PDU breakdown across the three legs of the talent triangle.

For other types of PDU earning activities (e.g. giving back to the profession), you would count the hours you had spent on the activity and claim that number of PDUs.

There is a complete and self-explanatory guide in the CCRS account. Go to your dashboard, and in the left side menu you will find it.
