Hi Yenny! I am assuming you are applying for a PM role ... have said that one of the things that I saw many people doing is to create a "highlights" section in our resume with # of projects you've managed, how many years.... You can check same examples here: https://www.randstadusa.com/jobs/career-re...highlights/442/

A resume needs to be tailored to fit the requirements of a given role which you are applying to so you will want to customize it (wording-wise) to fit specific roles.

However, I'd suggest including specific accomplishments on the projects as well as providing some of the dimensions of the project (e.g. duration, peak staffing level, budget) to help readers understand the breadth and depth of projects you have managed.

Hi Yenny

In addition to what Kiron said , it will be useful to highlight the type of project and the industry to give the person reading the resume an idea of whether you fit the role/industry that they are recruiting for.

These days job descriptions are advertised specific to the industry .
E.g someone who is recruiting for a PM to roll-out a Human Resource Management solution is looking for specific experience in lets say SAP success Factors, or Workday .....

Also you can include the PMBoK knowledge areas while describing your PM experience

e.g
Project Manager - Healthcare Management System , improving the ability for Hospitals to collaborate with medical practitioners through scanning of patient results and sending them online

Company X , Santo Domingo , Duration Jan 2019 - Nov 2019

Communication Management :- developed a comms plan for rolling out the Software and the related IT peripherals like printers, scanners , Tablets to 45 remote sites through out Santo Domingo.

Stakeholder Engagement :- Managed the project by interfacing with a varied Stakeholder group that included Scientists, Medical practitioners , Communication specialists , Project Management Team and media.

Vendor engagement :- liaised with 5 different vendors supplying the following services - blah blah blah

Key achievements include -

Delivery of project within budget and within time

Quality achievement :- improvement in staff productivity by X% and reduction in headcount by Y%
