What are basic Processes involved in Agile and minimum documentation to be done for Agile process? Many a times it gives opportunity for PMs to avoid documentation. What are standards keeping in mind about ISO, CMMI, etc,.

I think this will depend on your organization's change management, financial stage gate and stakeholder circumstances. As we all know, the conception that agile means little to no documentation is quite wrong.

Steven is correct. You need to look at your documentation requirements for your industry, legal, company perspective.

Do you need help? Or can you give us an example?

Fully agree with Steven about people think regarding documentation in agile environments. Please take into account that agile is not a method or methdology, is not software or IT related only, is not the agile manifesto. Documentation has to be seen as a deliverable of some activity inside some organizational process. Each document has to be keep inside a configuration management environment that will help you in adding value to the process related to the document life cycle.
