I read an article on it, Luis. There are certain aspects that are intriguing - like letting go of your identity. In general, it is reminiscent of many other approaches for innovation or change management.

Do you see theory U as being a distinct, new project management technique?

Looks like the Theory U (also called "U" methodology) is a change management method targeting leadership as process of inner knowing and social innovation developed by Otto Scharmer.
