If you read the title of this reflection, "Give a TED Talk at the Global Conference!
For the sake of the curators... a TED is supper different than a traditional speaker application/selection and preparation than to be speaker for the Global Conference.
Emily, agree with you. Thank you for adding this, the skill-set and preparation is super different.

If you say it's different to be a speaker at the PMI Global Conference, and Give a TED Talk at the Global Conference is because you know better than me what is the difference.
I have been attending speaker speeches at PMI Portugal Chapter Conferences, speeches at a Toastmasters Club and speeches at TED and TED Talks conferences
I can assure you that the PMI Portugal Chapter Conference speakers (in content and form) are no better than Toastmasters or TED speakers

Just to be clear: this is for the TEDTalk part of the conference and not the general conference agenda. Kiron is right that the call for speakers has not been released yet.
I know I'm certainly excited to see what other PMs could talk about!

In relation to the topic, the call for speakers for the GC 2020 TED Talk has already been released, a few days ago.
I haven’t seen anything yet as well for GC 2020 General Call for Speakers.
