In your opinion, can the project manager socially relate in addition to the project's successful celebration parties and company-organized parties?
- With team members
- With internal stakeholders (Intermediate Managers, Top Managers)
- With external stakeholders

What are the pros and cons?

Dear Kiron
Thank you for participating in this reflection and for your opinion.
May have some cons?

Weighing the pros and cons, what is the best decision to make?
I think the only cons are related to any inappropriate behavior on the part of the PM. Part of the accountability for a good PM is to build a high-performing team with supportive stakeholders so encouraging good social interaction is part & parcel of that.

All told, a PM who tries to be an "island" will not be a particularly effective leader.
