Can we hope to see PMI apps and Project.Management.com apps for mobile and Windows platforms in 2020?

I’d love to here from my network who have a connection to the inner processes of PMI. I think it’s time that apps for these offerings be available for Android, iOS and Windows platforms.
I look forward to your responses.

Which apps were you looking for?

Available on iOS and Android
PMI Learn, PMI Edge, and soon to be PMI Standards Plus (currently in beta)

The forums are accessible via mobile web-browser. The site has a mobile-friendly view.

As for Windows, as these are all web-apps and with capable web-browsers, is it necessary to have a dedicated windows app?

Thank you Andrew for your response. Quite simply, in answer to your question, I’d like to see mobile apps for PMI.ORG and PROJECTMANAGEMENT.COM.

I agree with Nicholas. A projectmanagement.com app would be nice, to stay up to date on the site, and new contents posted.

That’s a great idea. I can imagine how a mobile app for both pmi.org and projectmanagement.com would be add value and increase members engagement.

Not sure if it’s on PMI’s radar for now but it certainly is something to consider.

Yes, I could not agree more. The PMI app for Congress is a really good example of what can be achieved by PMI for the the greater good of the community. Organisations have tended to piggy back on the large social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook in order to get their message out their but it would be really beneficial to all PMI members for the development of a standalone but integrateable app for PMI that would link up all the PMI Chapters and allow greater communications between chapters especially in situations where a member is travelling to a new country or territory and would like to meet up with fellow project managers from that area.

I certainly don't disagree with the modernization efforts needed for PMI and recognition that in today's market there is an expectation of content to be accessible via the app marketplace and ecosystem.

While PMI has a few apps available, not all content is accessible from these apps.

What I'd like to see is one PMI app, with access to their dot org content, the community (PM.com), standards plus, edge, learn, etc..

I'd like to see most of the content that the other peers mentioned, however I'm not expecting all that for 2020.
