Pravin is right about having to increase your influence a bit but not sure if it’s 50 or less. It is best if you contact the site admin or probably Heather will see this post and respond.
In all cases, don’t worry, it will get resolved.
On a side note, go under Profile then Account and the 6th tab in the menu is the blog, you can check from there if you are allowed to create a blog or not yet.

Dear Rajon
Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing
It happened to me as a result of my having reached a certain level of influence (honestly I don't remember which one)
Before I started participating on a daily basis in the community my influence was around 60 points.
I did not request to create a blog.
I am convinced that because I am not a blogger and have not yet published a book, I would have great difficulty having a blog here in the community.
On the other hand, I've seen people with a lower level of influence blogging here in the community.
More important than having a blog is answering these questions (ourselves):
- Got something to share with the community?
- What do I have to share adds value?
- Can I publish on a regular basis? How long?
I am of Rami's opinion: "It is best if you contact the site admin or probably Heather will see this post and respond"
