1/2 of them - I got the ICP-ACC early in the year (February?) but was a few marks short on achieving the challenging PSM III.

The only other one I'm planning for in the near term is the DALSM which I am hoping to write this weekend so that'll bring me up to 2/3 :-)

Yes, barely got the PMI-ACP in time due to scheduling conflicts but finally did!

I have had the ACP on my list for a couple years now. So that one remains, but it is honestly not a priority for me. I did, however, complete the PSM II. That one was more of a priority for me. Just completed yesterday as a matter of fact.

Craig - PSM II was a priority because you think it's important to achieve this certification nowadays or just for personal reasons.

I achieved a lot this year on a professional level and in terms of certifications (More than what I originally planned). Some of the certifications I acquired this year are:

CBAP, PMI-PBA, PfMP, AgilePM, PSD I, PSPO II and many others.

It was exhausting as I work full time but with commitment and determination, I made it through successfully.

George, don't be so formal, call me Andrew :)

From my perspective and with my recent and more so with my current role, a combination of both.

I felt it was important to showcase a level of commitment and knowledge in obtaining the second level certification. As a consultant, Agile Coach, and leader, internally and within the client's organization, optically, it helps to stand out and demonstrate a deeper level of understanding and applicability.

From a personal level, I wanted to prove to myself I had the knowledge and experience to earn this second-level certification. I have now been directly working in Scrum for a few years and wanted to now demonstrate what I have learned. I had skirted the idea, for various reasons, but with the holiday break and extra focus time, decided to go for it!
