Abolfazl -

As per my response to George's question today, I am planning to write my DALSM certification exam this weekend. For next year, the only plans I have are to take one (or at most two) modules of a five module adult education diploma to make me a better instructor.

I achieved a lot this year on a professional level and in terms of certifications of which some are:

CBAP, PMI-PBA, PfMP, AgilePM, PSD I, PSPO II and many others. It was exhausting as I work full time but with commitment and determination, I made it through successfully.

I still do have plans for next year pursue some or all the below:

- PgMP
- PRINCE2 Agile
- Disciplined Agile

I will still consider which ones to bet on, I have to pay more attention to ROI, all certifications entail expenses and despite adding knowledge, not always what is spent on them compensate the investment.
