Any issues with PDU's not auto-reporting?

Anyone else having issues with webinars not reporting automatically to PMI? I can't find any system downtime announcements.

I can manually report them, of course, but usually they show up as submitted within an hour of watching. With the holidays, I finally have enough free time to watch a bunch of videos.

I'd give it a few days to show up. Unless there is a time crunch. Then enter manually. From the site:
"While PDUs are reported on your behalf, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days for the PDU to appear on your transcript."

Thanks Andrew. I guess I'm still in that "7-10 day" window. I am not in a crunch yet to get my hours done, so it's all good.

Have a great New Year!

My pleasure, John. HNY!

Rami provided some really good insight that seemed to help too! Good to know not in crunch time. That is never fun. Just keep an eye on it over the next week.

Dear John
Interesting your question
Thanks for sharing

Do you have such an urgency that the resulting webinar PDUs you have watched here on PorojectManagement.com are launched on your CCRS?

I am convinced that if you wait quietly, they will be released shortly.

I take the opportunity to wish you some good entries in 2020

No, no urgency, just curious.

I've got two from last Friday that haven't posted yet, but since they usually show up within an hour or two of watching, it's just unusual is all. I'll give it another week and see what happens.

I assume many people are doing the same as myself, and watching videos in the downtime. Probably a lot of items to batch-process!

I have had the same thing happen. I have watched several videos, however, i got credit for only a few them.
So, ill give it some time before i take action.

Did you try to go under your Profile here, then Account and from the menu there is a tab called PDU’s. Do they PDU’s at least show there. ?

Rami - Hah! Thanks! I knew it had to be around here somewhere. Yes, all the videos I have watched recently are reflected there. Awesome!

My pleasure, happy to assist. As long as they are there and shows 100% Complete and Processed then it’s a matter of 48 hours and they will be reflected in your CCRS System.

Well this is odd... I'm still sitting there with 5 Webinars not reported, and at least two are on day 10 right now.

They're all listed in my profile, and should all be 100% complete (they are not listed as partial). But they are also not listed as "Processed" yet.

As mentioned, it's not time-critical. I've still got a few months. I just find it odd. Wondering if it's a bug in the system.

It's definitely odd how some are applied and others weren't.
