Any issues with PDU's not auto-reporting?

Anyone else having issues with webinars not reporting automatically to PMI? I can't find any system downtime announcements.

I can manually report them, of course, but usually they show up as submitted within an hour of watching. With the holidays, I finally have enough free time to watch a bunch of videos.

Well this is odd... I'm still sitting there with 5 Webinars not reported, and at least two are on day 10 right now.

They're all listed in my profile, and should all be 100% complete (they are not listed as partial). But they are also not listed as "Processed" yet.

As mentioned, it's not time-critical. I've still got a few months. I just find it odd. Wondering if it's a bug in the system.
It's definitely odd how some are applied and others weren't.

Hi everyone! No bugs, just the holidays. During this time of the year or any time when there are a significant amount of employees out (due to US holidays), the PDU processing will be delayed (hence why we ask to allow 7-10 days processing time :)). Things should be caught up in the next 24-48 hours.

The only time I had an auto-reporting problem was when I gave my webinar. It auto-reported as a 1 PDU viewing. Of course, I wanted the 5 PDUs for preparing and delivering the webinar. I had to contact PMI to have the 1 PDU reversed out of CCRS. Meanwhile, I manually reported the 5 PDUs.

Hi Everyone, I am newly certified PMP last Nov 15, 2020. I took a webinar last Oct 1, 2020 and this activity is reflected into my Auto-Reported Education PDUs in my Account.

Can I manually file this to my Cycle 1 (Nov 15, 2020 to Nov 14, 2023) PDUs? Since it was not processed and reflected to my PDU dashboard.

Thank you!

Hi Adrian, no, unfortunately not. You viewed the webinar prior to earning your certification and the date/time is recorded on your account (behind the scenes).

Hi! I recently claimed some PDU's on Giving Back, as I teach at a local university. I received an email confirming that the claim has been approved, but I can't see it on my dashboard, and support told me I need to claim all education PDUs before I claim Giving Back PDUs. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Maria, this is not accurate. There is no rule for the PDU which requires you to fullfill your Educational PDUs before claiming your Giving Back ones. You can claim any PDUs in any category anytime without any pre-set order so PMI might have a glitch in their system. I suggest you contact customer care again to talk to another person!

Going back to the original issue that started this thread, the auto-reporting seems to have stopped on my account since May 1 2025. It just lists the history without any status.

Contacting PMI through chat didn't really help. At best, they said manually report.

Thoughts?

Hi Mahesh Swaminathan - We're currently experiencing a delay in auto-batch reporting due to maintenance that's being completed on the processing servers. We're still well within the 7-10 business day processing time, and hope to have batches flowing again within the next 24 hours. Thanks for your patience!
