Anyone else having issues with webinars not reporting automatically to PMI? I can't find any system downtime announcements.
I can manually report them, of course, but usually they show up as submitted within an hour of watching. With the holidays, I finally have enough free time to watch a bunch of videos. Saving Changes...
Any current status on this topic. I know it's November now, but my PDUs from watching webinars seem not get auto-reported. It used to be quite fast I remember, within 48 hours in my case. Just a heads up if there are "holiday" "server downtimes" would be nice. Thank you. Saving Changes...

I have the same problem it seems. While I enjoy the content, it would be good to have the processing working or a note stating that only manual reporting is available at the moment / future. While still in good standing, time sometimes runs out faster than expected. ;-)

Maybe helpful to others as well.
I was using Mozilla Firefox and experienced the problems. The videos either did not register at all or have been listed a 0%. After switching to Chrome it seems to problems no longer occur. Not note if this is really just a browser issue or if other problems have been corrected in the meantime. Cheers Cathrin

Hello!
my PDU’s have been reporting and updating as fast as the next day. However, they did say it could take up to 7 days to post.
Hope this helps!

Yes, of course I am quite aware of that. However, I watched webinars ~20 days ago which have not been registered, yet. While I am eager to learn new things and therefore it's not wasted time in any case, it is still a time investment I'd like to get registered. I still have time 200 days left so I am not in a hurry. It's more like making PMI aware of a topic which might eventually turn out to be a technical issue....maybe.

Yes I just came here again to post the exact same solution. Chrome worked for me as well. I figure that my adblocker extension under firefox is to hard on the pmi.org website. Saving Changes...
