I am planning to take RMP exam. Could you share some of lessons learnt for those did the exam already. Where can I find the materials/resources?

Don't focus on just risk management! A large part of the exam is on stakeholder management - or, at least, it did when I passed it in 2016.

What about the ACP exam, is it also has a large portion of stakeholders and communications?

In a way, yes, George. The questions test your ability to reconcile differences between stakeholders as well as the appropriate communications in an agile project. The difference is that the RMP aligns a lot more with the PMBOK Guide. Not so with the ACP.

In a way, yes, George. The questions test your ability to reconcile differences between stakeholders as well as the appropriate communications in an agile project. The difference is that the RMP aligns a lot more with the PMBOK Guide. Not so with the ACP.
