Don't focus on just risk management! A large part of the exam is on stakeholder management - or, at least, it did when I passed it in 2016.

In a way, yes, George. The questions test your ability to reconcile differences between stakeholders as well as the appropriate communications in an agile project. The difference is that the RMP aligns a lot more with the PMBOK Guide. Not so with the ACP.

In a way, yes, George. The questions test your ability to reconcile differences between stakeholders as well as the appropriate communications in an agile project. The difference is that the RMP aligns a lot more with the PMBOK Guide. Not so with the ACP. Saving Changes...
