I am Manoj from University of Strathclyde. As a part of my course work I am doing my final dissertation. My topic is “Exploratory Study of Project Management in an Agile Environment”. The main research objective of this thesis is to find out whether agile development process will fit into a standard project management methodology? Or does the entire project management methodology and process for the project thus become agile as well?...Is there any “one size fit all” solution in the projects management field that can be applied to manage all the agile software development projects?
